John NGALAMULUME MUNEKAYI ist Assistent am Institut Supérieur de Développement Rural de Tshibashi in der Abteilung für ländliche Entwicklung. Er ist Kabinettschef des Rektors der Simon-Kimbangu-Universität Kananga, Verwaltungsgeneralsekretär und Honorarhaushaltsverwalter der Simon-Kimbangu-Universität Kananga.
