Saulenko Tatiana Nikolaevna è nata nel 1960 nella regione di Kostanay, ha terminato la scuola nel 1977 ed è entrata nell'Istituto pedagogico di Kostanay. Nel 1982 si è laureata presso la facoltà storica e ha iniziato a lavorare nel sistema di istruzione professionale. Negli ultimi 24 anni ha lavorato nella scuola, laureandosi alla facoltà di geografia. Insegna storia e geografia.
