The purpose of this book is to check on Moroccans¿ attitudes towards the outcomes of the new family code of 2004 and its application in relation to under-aged married girls and other issues respectively like marriage, divorce, child custody, and polygamy. It includes two parts; the first one reflects the theoretical part, which involves two major sections; namely, the history of feminism in the United States of America, its three major waves of feminism in the west as well as its early feminist philosophers. Dr. Rym Asserraji promovierte 2013 in Ästhetik und Humanwissenschaften an der Fakultät für Literatur und Humanwissenschaften der Universität Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah, Dhar EL Mehraz, Fes, Marokko. Seit 2010 ist sie als Englischlehrerin tätig. Ihre Interessengebiete sind: Soziolinguistik, angewandte Linguistik, Kulturwissenschaften, Gender Studies usw.
