Yaasha Moriah grew up on authors both popular and unknown, and started writing when she realized that the books she really wanted to read had not been written yet. She holds a BA in English and, in 2015, her short story "Wings Beneath Water" earned Silver Honorable Mention in the second quarter of the L. Ron Hubbard Writers of the Future contest. She blogs regularly and continues to write speculative fiction at her home in Vermont.
