Hakan Uçar is an instructor of English language at a state university in Turkey. He has been teaching English for the last ten years. He holds a BA degree from 9 Eylül University in the field of English Language Teaching and an MA degree from Bilkent University in TEFL. He is an ongoing Ph.D student in English Literature Department at METU.
