EMMANUELLE SCHÖN-QUINLIVAN Lecturer in Politics with the Department of Government at University College Cork, Republic of Ireland. She specialises in European Union politics, public management and institutional change. She has published extensively on the impact of the Kinnock reforms on the European Commission, including in the Journal of European Public Policy.
