In order to identify the various constraints related to the implementation of the reforms constituting an obstacle to the achievement of the expected results, our study focused on the theme:"Analysis of the reforms related to the simplification of administrative procedures". In the framework of this research, we were interested only in reforms relating to the simplification of administrative procedures.
