This book deals with the reforms of the Gabonese education system, in particular the question of the obstacles identified in their implementation. To talk about it, the author proposes to analyze the implementing texts resulting from the orientation law governing the reform of examinations and competitions, the implementation of which led to the strike of teachers and students in November 2013. By casting a cold glance at the merits of the texts framing the reform of examinations and competitions, the author notes that there are pitfalls in the management of the reform. This is why he was interested in the links that could exist between the level of involvement of actors in leading the change and the quality of the strategies deployed to bring the reform to fruition. The insight of the authors who have examined the question of change in organizations has enabled us to identify these pitfalls from the content analysis. reform, in particular unreliable communication in the definition of the strategic implementation plan.
