I am a 20 year old University student from Germany. Since I was child I enjoyed writing poetry and songs. I soon realized it was a form of coping with my traumas already at a young age. After moving out I began to write everyday. It was helping me to put flashbacks into words and look at them from an outside perspective. I still suffer from severe PTSD but I am getting better. I am allowed to be not okay and so are you!
