Rezensionen
"This book is a well-focused and welcomed addition to the stakeholder literature. It has much theoretical rigor combined with practical applicatioins."

R. Edward Freeman, University Professor and Olsson Professor of Business Administration, University of Virginia

"This is a 'must-have' book for anyone looking to do a deal or analyse why those deals get done well or poorly. Taking a comprehensive look at the many different stakeholders in a deal, the authors present a fresh view on how these interact with each other and thus show why it's wrong to take too focused a view of a deal with attention on one or only two drivers to the deal. It's a book that I suggest should be thumb-worn from frequent reference for deal practitioners and academics alike."

Prof. Scott Moeller, former MD in M&A / Private Equite at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley
