Nascido em Kalima a 7 de junho de 1980, Paulin Nyengo Olonge tem um mestrado em Direito Internacional Humanitário pela Universidade Francófona do Congo (UFRACO) em parceria com o Centro de Formação em Linha (OTC e FSC) do Burkina Faso. Possui também uma licença e uma licenciatura em Direito Privado e Judicial pela Universidade de Kisangani.
