Through a thermatic and diachronic analyses, we reached the Findings that, both locals and refugees had a pertinent role to play in achieving sustainable development while we recommend that synergy work for all stake holders would yeild a positive output.

Ngwa Sylvis Sirri  is an expert in Fundraising, community conflict management and humanitarian action. Member of the Cameroon history society and  board member of some local NGOs. She Holds a Ph.D in I.R, MA in history of I.R, professional MA in international cooperation and humanitarian action and BA in I.R. Part time lecturer Uni Yde1 Cameroon.
