Finally, democracy, which has been present in Africa for over thirty years, is still in its infancy. This book is a collection of thirty articles that address the various topics mentioned above. The author exposes the facts and often gives his position.At the analysis, the articles are intended to provoke reflection on the topics discussed. They were written from 2013 to the end of November 2021. The articles from 2013 to 2020 have been published as is, to allow readers to appreciate in 2022, the evolution of the situation in relation to the issues addressed.

Olivier Kouamé DJE hat einen Master-Abschluss in Öffentlichem Recht von der Universität Alassane OUATTARA in Bouaké (Elfenbeinküste). Er nahm vom 5. bis 23. Juli 2021 an den Sommerkursen für Völkerrecht der Akademie für Internationales Recht in Den Haag teil und ist stellvertretender Direktor für regionalen Handel und Freizügigkeit.
