Nacido en Kinshasa el 3 de junio de 1971, el Sr. Blaise-Pascal-AKUKWI-LEDIKA es un graduado estatal de la sección de Matemática-Física del Instituto Mont-Amba en Kinshasa desde 1991. También tiene una Maestría en Ciencias. Educación (Agrégation ) en la especialidad de ciencias económicas y comerciales de la Universidad de Kinshasa.
