Emotions were a concept that we don't give importance to and that was among the forgotten, neglected concepts in management. Indeed, emotions are seen by many people as a factor that disrupts decision-making, opposed to reason, which can have negative consequences, in particular on strategic decision-making. While in recent years, research on emotions and their relationship with decision-making has upset the idea acquired on the latter. They have become essential or even crucially important for good management, and have shown that the role played by these emotions is important in decision-making.
