This book, therefore, closely analyses, inter alia, the concept of liquidity regulation, its rationale, the regulatory modalities set in place and the consequences in case of failure to comply with liquidity requirements and gives a comparative analysis of the law against the practice. The book is abig contribution to the scarce academic discourse in the area and could be useful to bankers, regulators or others having interest in the area.
Autorenporträt
Geleta Assefa Workineh was born in 1982 at a place called Tewa in South Wollo, Ethiopia. He graduated with LL.B from Addis Abeba University, Faculty of Law in 2004. He also earned his LL.M from the same University in 2008. Currently, he is a lecturer at the Department of Law, Wollo University. He is also a legal practitioner.
