In this work, we propose to study the legal framework of telemedicine in Tunisia in the light of comparative law and to analyse the ethical problems posed by the new information and communication technologies used in the field of health. To introduce the subject, we proposed to conduct a survey among surgeons working in three Tunisian university hospitals concerning the most commonly used telemedicine application in Tunisia, which is tele-medical assistance.
