This book is presenting such an endeavor made to rehabilitate & augment the capacity of one existing water treatment plant in India. The concept explained in the book can be very helpful and easy to replicate to augment the capacity of conventional water treatment plants, particularly in developing countries. Such practice can be very significant where the financial budget may be one of the restrictions to constructing new treatment plants & where old treatment plants are available.
