Neurogenic bladder is a one of the commonest issue that affects social and personal life of a subject with some of neurological disorder resulting in various life problems. In this study, we are trying to improve function and quality of life of subject that are affected with bladder problem by giving transcutaneous posterior tibial nerve stimulation along with pelvic floor muscle training that is a convenient and noninvasive technique with no major adverse effects. Therefore, based on the findings of this study it is proved that transcutaneous posterior tibial nerve stimulation when given along with pelvic floor muscle training is more effective in improving bladder function and subsequently having a positive impact on quality of life in neurogenic overactive bladder patients. Indicating that this an effective, easy and noninvasive treatment option for improvement in bladder function and quality of life in subjects with neurogenic overactive bladder.
