Glenn Hedman, MEME, BSBE, is Director of the Assistive Technology Unit of the University of Illinois at Chicago's University Affiliated Program. The center works with clients and their needs in environmental control, computer access, augmentative communication, mobility, seating, and worksite modification. Active in the field of rehabilitation technology for nearly a decade, Mr. Hedman is the past director of the Department of Rehabilitation Engineering at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Mr. Hedman received his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and earned his Master of Engineering degree in the Rehabilitation Engineering Graduate Program ·from the University of Virginia.
