Autorenporträt
Yining DING is a professor at the School of Civil Engineering, Dalian University of Technology. He received his two Ph.D degrees for "Doctor-techn." in 1998 and "Doctor rer.soc.oec" in 2006 at the University of Innsbruck. He completed his post-Dr. research at the Institute for Building Materials, University of Innsbruck., Austria in 2000. His research areas include concrete technology, fiber reinforced concrete/shotcrete, smart concrete, composite materials, recycling and ecological concrete. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed research papers and books in Chinese, English and German. He taught undergraduate and graduate courses in Reinforced Concrete Structure, New Development of HPC and FRC, and Modern Concrete and Fiber Composite Materials for national and international students.  As a member of Rilem, Fib and IAAM, Prof. Ding actively participated in international cooperation.  Xiliang NING is an Associate Professor at theSchool of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Northeast Electric Power University. He received his Bachelor's and Ph.D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and Dalian University of Technology, respectively. He worked as a visiting scholar at Ghent University, Belgium. His research interests include fiber reinforced concrete (FRC), high performance cementitious materials, fire resistant materials and structural member, FRP reinforced and strengthened concrete structures, durability of concrete structures. He has published more than 20 peer-reviewed research papers. He has hosted lots of research projects including fund from National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and other provincial Foundation.
