The present book examines the the relation between perceived social support, PCS (perception of communication satisfaction), physical and mental health of male radiographers working in private vs. public hospitals in Kolkata. Using simple random sampling, 60 radiographers were chosen - 30 each from private and public hospitals. The research design was ex-post facto design, also known as correlational research. The tools used were - Social Support Questionnaire (Sarason, I. G., Sarason, B. R., Shearin, Pierce, 1987), Perception of Communication Satisfaction Questionnaire (Hecht, 1978), Short Form 12 item Health Survey (Ware J Jr., Kosinski ,Keller,1996) and Mental Health Inventory (Ware, J.E, and The Rand Corporation, 1979).
