Javokhir Karimovich Yakubjanov nació en 1996 en el distrito de Yangikurgan de la región de Namangan de la República de Uzbekistán. Ha publicado más de 10 libros en publicaciones internacionales y más de 30 artículos en revistas, conferencias y congresos internacionales y locales. Actualmente es estudiante de tercer año de la Universidad Estatal de Namangan.
