The study "Response of productive systems in ecosystem services and human well-being to conservation practices in fragile ecosystems of Nicaragua" was carried out in the Ramsar sites Moyúa and Apanás. He teaches soil and water at UNAN Managua, is an agronomist engineer, has a master's degree in environment and natural resources and a doctorate in sustainable rural development. He has conducted research in collaboration with CATIE, CRS, Bioversity, Acción contra el Hambre, ISF, among others.
