It was recommended that MUST students be provided with "abstinence" programs from year one of their study as an attempt to support and empower them to remain virgins until marriage for those not yet involved and to work on achieving secondary virginity for the sexually active thus demystifying the myth that it is impossible to abstain from sexual activity.
