Philip Hodgson, PhD (retired) worked full time at Ashridge Business School for 21 years where he was co-founder of the Executive Coaching Service and the innovative Top Leader Journey program. His clients ranged from small family businesses to global multinationals and from international charities to branches of the military. Phil's fifth book, The Future Of Leadership, with Randall White and Stuart Crainer, published by Pitman in 1996, explored and researched the skills needed for effective future leadership in the face of unprecedented change and uncertainty. It was a forerunner to Relax. Randall P. White, PhD, is founding partner of Executive Development Group and an international thought leader in the field of executive coaching and leadership development. He is Co-head of Leadership at HEC Paris (and Doha) and the TRIUM Global Executive MBA program in London. He also teaches with Duke Corporate Education (Durham and London). Randy is committed to service in the American Psychological Association and in 2015 was awarded the Society of Consulting Psychology's highest honor, the RHR International Award for Excellence in Consultation.
