Some problems of modeling Relaxed Optical processes are represented and discussed.Problems of coherence in Nonlinear and Relaxed Optics are discussed in Chapter I. In the classical sense, optical coherence is understood as only the radiative part of the interaction of optical radiation with matter. But we must also include the non-radiative part, structural coherence, which is based on the concept of coherent structures. This makes it possible to extend the concept of optical coherence to relaxation-optical processes and phenomena. Experimental confirmations and corresponding models are given.
