Dr. Stephen Broderson, DDS, is a third generation dentist. Both his father and grandfather graduated from the Minnesota School of Dentistry, and Stephen followed in their footsteps, also graduating with honors in 1967 from that same program. His primary interests are in treating patients with head and neck pain, and studying the relationship of cranial biomechanics to dental occlusion and malocclusion.Dr. Broderson is the author of many professional articles on that topic, and he has designed and developed several removable light wire appliances used to treat patients with pain and/or dysfunction. He is a lifetime member of the American Dental Association, and past president of the American Academy of Gnathologic Orthopedics.Dr. Broderson is currently living in Pecos, New Mexico. He is teaching releasing cranial/dural strains, treatment sequencing for the pain/dysfunction patient, and construction of removable light wire dental orthopedic appliances such as the ALF, Kernott appliances, and the Broderson Universal Crozat appliance.
