In 10 years of migration to France, by dint of hard work, he integrated himself despite many adversities, and ended up imposing himself on the social and political landscape in Yvelines, as an approved project support operator and as an elected official of the French Republic. In terms of education, he obtained a Baccalaureate C in his country of origin and a Master's degree in Economics and Business Management. Thanks to competitive examinations, he took courses at the Ecole Nationale d'Economie Appliquée (ENEA), and a Doctorate in Political Science at the Faculty of Legal Sciences of the Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar. Armed with experience in banking, microfinance and hospital management, he came to France and campaigned for participatory democracy through public and private investment projects in Africa in general and in Senegal in particular. For him, these projects are real spaces for debate for the populations involved in these projects. He continued his studies, obtained a Master's degree in Economics and a Diploma from the HEC, and became Director of a company. At the same time, he sought popular support and became a municipal councillor in Mantes-la-Jolie.
