This book deals with one of the subjects of Political Sociology since the foreign penetration of the Arabs and then the Portuguese in the country, from the IX-XIII and XIII to XX Centuries, each with specific characteristics but with other similar ones. In this last century, especially in the North of the country - in Cabo Delgado - the situation of social stability is constantly challenging. We take into consideration the human person as a being in society with its essential characteristics and above all its way of being and participating in the destiny of its country. At the same time, this work calls for special attention to the issue of Political Conflict Management in a society where, in addition to the multiparty system in Mozambique - with the Constitution of the Republic of 1990 and the first multiparty elections in 1994 - there is a religious, ethnic, anthropological plurality and a "natural" and political disposition of the country in North, Central and South zones. Allthese details are treated in a context of the History of Mozambique, old and more recent, challenging the Universities for an Education and Training of young people in view of Dialogue, Peace and Reconciliation in society.
