David W. Kim, Ph.D. (2009), University of Sydney, is a Research Fellow at the School of Culture, History and Language at Australian National University, Australia. He has published monographs, translations and many articles on the History of Religions, including Intercultural Transmission in the Medieval Mediterranean (Continuum, 2012) and Revival Awaken Generations: A History of Church Revival (DKM Press, 2006).
