March 29th, 2018Don't let them break you.Don't let them win. Giving up now would be a sin.A soul so weakened, so tired, so frail,Yet strong enough to be telling the tale.If not you, then nobody ever,Is going to make it through this strange weather. And that would be fatal, my friend, I assure you.Cause once you get through,You'd be stunned by the view.A collection of poems, thoughts and observations gathered in diary entries over the years of 2017 to 2023 to process emotions and events, and deal with darkness while going through the early stages of life with depression and anxiety.

Autorenporträt
Born in Potsdam, Germany in May 1998, Lee-Ann Paul is the oldest of 2 children. Having travelled to America and England throughout her youth with a deep-rooted love for film and music, she became fluent in English, and fell in love with Great Britain, hoping she would, one day soon, be able to live there. Although she wasn't a big reader in her childhood, Lee-Ann always had a passion for writing down her own ideas and thoughts, and later on developed a profound appreciation for good storytelling, collecting her favourite books as she did with movies and music. She currently lives in the countryside of Brandenburg, close to her family, with two cheeky cats named Professor Moody and Koda, figuring out where life might take her next.
