Linda Drattell's poetry collection, Remember This Day, examines the fault lines we cross in life and the moral questions they pose. Drattell explores our struggle against erasure, the fear of a loved one dying, and retaining one's worth in old age. She questions our hope in good deeds, ruminates on a predator-prey relationship, and delves into the emotional cost of surviving a terror attack. Remember This Day will leave you contemplating how we are transformed, remain resilient, and heal, as it extends an invitation to reflect more deeply on what it means to be alive.
