Born and raised in the rural community of Louisville, Georgia, Dr. Constance McMillan has held numerous careers in the airline, communications, and engineering industries. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees and a doctorate in Executive Leadership from Colorado Technical University. Her unwavering faith and love of family are not only priorities but also her passion. Dr. McMillan now resides in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with her husband, Mac, where she supports students as a freelance writer.
