The confinements due to the COVID, have changed our habits and highlighted the remote work. This way of working, far from being new, has been revealed to most workers and companies thanks to a crisis. Telework" then became a normality that needed to be structured so that it evolved into remote work, thought out and organized in order to preserve the spirit of innovation and the achievement of the company's objectives. Therefore, we will analyze here the parameters that influence the concept of performance and efficiency in the model of management taking place at a distance. We show that individual and collective performance is dependent on the quality of communication and exchange. Free and authentic communication allows for informal discussions that develop a sense of belonging and commitment, the basis of which is trust.We argue that remote work is an opportunity to adapt our organizations to our civilization and to the globality of exchanges, because working in a hybrid way, with adapted means of communication, is a response to the new expectations of customers.
