Javid Aliyev holds B.A and M.A degrees in English Language and Literature. Currently, he is pursuing his PhD degree at Istanbul University,Translation Studies Department. His principal interests are in contemporary translation theories, modernism, gender studies, cultural sociology, and visual and urban culture.
