On holidays on Tropical Island Paradise, Amanda Jones is enjoying being away from the routine, boring life of an overworked administration officer. When her bag is stolen the day after she arrives on the island, she meets Detective Jérôme Richard who will investigate the theft. Jérôme is an INTERPOL agent helping the local authorities with a drug-dealing case. The attraction between them is instant, but when the theft of Mandy's bag somehow becomes embroiled with Jérôme's drug case, he will not risk her safety by becoming romantically involved with her. Mandy is certain of her feelings for Jérôme and determined that their relationship will grow beyond a holiday fling. As, in spite of Jérôme's efforts, Mandy accidently becomes more involved with the drug case, they must face and fight the dangers of the case together, as well as the pressures of Jérôme's job getting in the way of their relationship.
