The general objective of this research work is to analyze the reopening of schools during the COVID 19 pandemic in rural areas, contributing to the Peruvian education system, applying it to national plans and sectorial plans that would help the continuous improvement of students and teachers. The adaptation to the academic system in times of pandemic has demanded a double effort from teachers, students and administrators. Our country adopted emergency measures that, to tell the truth, were transitory, but very radical, so much so that public institutions had no opportunity or time to react. The current pandemic crisis has no historical precedent in Peru, given its long duration and the uncertainty about its end. In view of this situation, we have investigated how the Ministry of Education should take into account as sectoral policies the re-entry of students to the classroom due to the health crisis in Peru, and what needs should be addressed, given the outlook for the future.
