Autorenporträt
Filósofa y profesora de filosofía en la Universidad de París-Est Marne-La-Vallée. Es especialista en filosofía política y ética aplicada y se ha centrado especialmente en cuestiones de bioética, filosofía del medio ambiente y política del animalismo. Es autora de libros como «Les Nourritures. Philosophie du corps politique» (2015) o «Manifiesto animalista: politizar la causa animal» (2018). En esta obra, Pelluchon evidencia la violencia a la que son sometidos los animales y lleva el debate al centro de la esfera política. Recientemente ha publicado en francés «Éthique de la considération» (2018).
