Unfortunately, being wronged is a part of life. What matters most in those situations is how we react to the circumstances and the people who let us down. Do we forgive and ask God for strength…or do we take up an offense and continue in bitterness? Unforgiveness is one of those dark and insidious strongholds that can creep in and destroy every inch of our lives. It can make us spiritually and physically sick and cause our other relationships to suffer. Jesus, however, both directed and modeled for us how to forgive. In this threepart study, you will learn how to react to offenses and injustices as Jesus did: walking in compassion and grace, giving others the gift of forgiveness, just as God has given it to us.
Autorenporträt
Lou Turner wrote the Living Life God's Way discipleship series out of his passion for men to discover God, and to get to know Him and what He has for them. The studies are the culmination of Lou's own journey-a life of seeking God, studying His Word, memorizing Scripture and meditating on it, and practical experience with family, community, marketplace work, and Christian ministry. Lou and his wife Joan have three grown children and 10 grandchildren, and make their home in Phoenix, Arizona.
