This paper presents some results of research and analysis of pregnancy and childbirth histories of women with tuberculosis living in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. In this group, tuberculosis was first diagnosed in 60% of cases during pregnancy. Signs of TB during pregnancy are masked by symptoms of early toxicosis, such as weakness, nausea, vomiting, reduced appetite and weight loss. In general, these cases are important and have an impact on the overall reproductive health of women and children. Certainly, peculiarities of anamnesis and their mentality, the condition and standard of living in general play a decisive role in the occurrence of these or those pathologies during pregnancy. Socio-economic and medical problems and their prevention are invaluable in preserving the reproductive health of women in this category. Early diagnosis of tuberculosis in women in different periods of life, especially during pregnancy and in the postpartum period, and the provision of skilled medical care is the main task of obstetrician-gynecologists, therapists and phthisiatricians at all levels of medical services in the Kyrgyz Republic.
