This paper presents reproductive problems (menarche, fertility, gynecological morbidity), characteristics of clinical course of pregnancy and childbirth, features of hemodynamic adaptation of mother and fetus in inhabitants of high altitude regions of the world: middle altitude Tien-Shan (Karakol, Naryn, urban settlement Min-Kush. Karakol, Naryn, Min-Kush township, 1800 - 2300 m above sea level) and high altitude regions of Pamir-Alai (Sary-Tash, Daurat-Korgon, Murgab village, 3000 - 4500 m above sea level). Also presented a comparative analysis of data in indigenous mountainous regions of Himalaya (Nepal, Vaktapur 1402 - 2791 m above sea level) and the Arabian Peninsula (Republic of Yemen, duan Al-Guera 2200 - 2800 m above sea level).
