Assist. Prof. Dr. Arzu ÇAGLAR was born in Erzincan. She received her undergraduate education at Firat University. She completed Master and PhD education at Selcuk University, Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences, Depertment of Architecture. She is currently working as the Head of Architecture Department at Kirsehir Ahi Evran University.
