Steve Olivier is Professor of Sport and Exercise Science and Head of the School of Social and Health Sciences at the University of Abertay Dundee. Paul Wainwright is Professor of Nursing in the Faculty of Health and Social Care Sciences at Kingston University and St George's, University of London.
