This research aims to evaluate the performance of all those employees who have been trained in Six Sigma and Red X Shainin methodologies for structured problem solving in all departments in an assembly plant of Electronic Components of Mexico in the city of Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The frequency of the use of structured problem solving methodologies in their daily activities will be analyzed, and also, through this work it will be understood if there is any significant factor on the part of the trained employees that causes them not to use structured problem solving methodologies.
