Victor Hugo Nedel Oliveira is a Geography teacher in the Humanities Department of the Colégio de Aplicação of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). He has a degree and a Master's in Geography from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and is studying for a PhD in Education at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).
