Criminal lawyer and legal consultant. Master in Education and Public Policies and specialist in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. Author of several books and scientific articles, both national and international, he has also written essays and journalistic articles.
