Autorenporträt
David R. Dunaetz (PhD, Claremont Graduate University) is Associate Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. Before becoming an organizational psychologist, he was a church planter and pastor in Paris, France, for 17 years. His research program focuses on conflict processes in Christian organizations.
