Autor

Dr. T. O. Adeyemi was born at Erijiyan-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria. After obtaining his primary and secondary education in the State, he went to University of Benin, Nigeria for his Bachelor and Master degrees. He won the World Bank Graduate Scholarship for the PhD degree in Economics of Education at the University of Hull, England, United Kingdom.
