Dr.V. GOVINDU, M.A. (Pol.Sce.), M.A. (Pub.Admn.), M.Phil., Ph.D., is Assistant professor in Department of Political Science & Public Administration, Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore. He is author of two books and 29 articles published various national, international journal and edited books. He participated and presented 47 UGC seminars.
